Well I had seen Harlem singer/songwriter MiKA’s (@MiKAsoul) name floating around on the various social networks, but our paths had never crossed until recently. By then I had heard good things about her CD release, Confirmations, even saving it in my cart on the CD Baby site. Well fate has it that she graced me with her CD and I had a good chance to sit down and take a good listen. I was not disappointed. I was even surprised to see that she did a collaboration with poet Dexter “Wordsmith” Jones.
