Matt Stamm is a singer-songwriter from Brooklyn, NY.  This former front man for the Miami-based band, The Perfect Candidates, has moved on to a successful solo career, creating powerful music with his sentimental tone, catchy melodies, and deep, meaningful lyrics.  With influences ranging from The Beatles to Billy Joel, from Ben Folds to Radiohead, from Rod Stewart to Aretha Franklin (to name just a few), Matt's eclectic song catalog appeals to fans of all ages.  Matt performs regularly at NYC venues such as The Bitter End, The Lion's Den, and Makor, and his music has been featured on the hit ABC Family show, "Switched".

Matt's new EP, Where Do We Go, is due out August 2007.  For this incredible project Matt teamed with A-list songwriters Russ DeSalvo and Arnie Roman to create Matt's best material to date.  Produced by DeSalvo, The Where Do We Go EP is a whole new direction for Matt, and it is only a matter of time before the 2 singles - "Where Do We Go" and "Everybody Falls" - garner the world's attention.

Besides his solo project, Matt also plays keyboards for the up and coming Alternative Rock band, The Rideaways.
