Saturday, March 10th, Gettin' Pixelated is bringing you a three-headed beast of a nerdcore show. Coming down from North Carolina to tear up The Laboratory's stage one more time is Scrub Club's own King Pheenix (http://www.facebook.com/kingphee). Last time he was down, some of you got to see his ferociousness on the mic. For those that missed, here's another chance. With a new release in the wings, he's loaded up with material and ready to destroy the stage. Also coming in for the show, he's shown you how to blow dudes, is a direct descendent of kung-fu AND may have had a hand in the demise of a North Korean dictator (just sayin, he WAS in Korea at the time.....) MC Wreckshin (http://www.mcwreckshin.com/). Wreckshin has rocked The Lab in tow with Emergency Pizza Party and with Rappy McRapperson, but get ready for his first solo set on our stage. You'll be getting a sneak peak at some of his new material along with some old crowd favorites. And rounding out the bill, MagiTek (http://www.facebook.com/MagiTekOnline) will be doing what they do best. Quartz Relic, Glitch and Thugmasta J are no strangers to us. They played on the first nerdcore bill Gettin' Pixelated did. And they have always brought the heat when we've had them up. Coming off the awesome Sample It, Loop It, Fuck It, Eat It album, they've been working hard on their follow up. With some new material in their hands, they'll be storming the stage and rocking faces. This show is not to be missed. If you love rap, love nerdy things, or just want awesome beer and nachos (because, yes, The Lab has awesome beer and nachos), then we'll see you out. Not to mention, it IS all ages with a $5 cover. So, even if you're stuck babysitting, you can come out. Just, you know, earmuffs or something. Doors open at 9. LET'S DO THIS!
