 Lydio Roberto is a Brazilian music therapist, professor, musical producer, composer and musician. He was born in Curitiba, in the state of Paraná - south of Brazil. His music doesn’t have any stylistic concern, as he believes that in the musical universe, from modas de viola to bossa nova, ethnic music to jazz, vocal music to instrumental, everything can be appreciated and worked with. However, the current phase of production of the composer has as its main characteristic the regional tone, with themes related to the state of Paraná. He has already shared the stage with important names of Brazil and Paraná such as Leni Andrade, Elizeth Cardoso, Sivuca, Carlos Lyra, Zé Renato, Maurício Carrilho, João de Aquino, Zé Luiz Mazziotti, Rodolfo Stroeter, Leila Pinheiro, O Tao do Trio, Grupo Viola Quebrada, Consuelo de Paula, Cris Lemos, Iso Fischer, Tato Fischer, Rogéria Holtz, Rosy Greca and Hilton Barcellos. Among his musical partners there are names of poets such as Cláudio Ribeiro, Etel Frota, Cristina Saraiva, Hardy Guedes, Fernando Pereira and Gerson Fiesbein. Lydio is also the author of several books and CDs in the educational area in partnership with Mara Fontoura of ‘Gramofone Produtora Cultural’
