Louise Petit is a folk-pop singer songwriter from Staffordshire. Raised by Wolves on Cannock Chase, her epic battle to enter the world is penned in ink, forever captured in the iridescent glow of her songs. Louise took to the stage immediately before headliner Tom Woodman, and packed out the Acoustic Tent. A well received set, which was taken in a slightly different direction when joined in her set by ‘Go Ukelele Crazy!’ – a group of amateur Uke’ players who formed a mini-orchestra as backup. My guitar, however, Is dead. I left it leaning against the stage and the lead singer from the band playing after me, knocked it over. The neck, hath snapped. Kaput! So I am in search of a new semi-acoustic.
