Limón y Chocolate was christened in 2001. The project band was originally called The Blue Jammies but as the focus of the project gelled, it appeared the effort would be more latin and less jam band. Especially since the idea of a live jam band was quickly dropped by notoriously agoraphobic frontman, TK.
