What do Live Music, Fireworks, Glassblowing, Camping, Fire Dancing, and Water Balloons all have in common? A revolutionary event that only Austin could harbor! Fire Fest offers an unrivaled concoction of entertainment and activities. This will be the only event in the city where the public is permitted to buy and shoot off their own fireworks! Fire Fest will start on Saturday, June 30th with a HUGE water balloon fight consisting of over 20,000 water balloons. As the sun begins to set, interactive activites such as discharging fireworks, fire dancing and glassblowing will begin. Fire Fest will present ten bands on two stages in a stadium-sized, covered arena from 8:00pm - 2:30am. After the headlining bands, DJs will begin to play a variety of music for late night partiers. Fire Fest is an all night event and camping is highly encouraged! Tents will be permitted and camping will be free to all attendees. There will be many local food vendors available throughout the entire event and alcohol will be available for purchase. Fire Fest is open to all ages and is made possible by the support of the Austin community.
