Splash! Public Relations offers publicity services and artist development consulting for the music industry. It is owned and operated by Vanessa Parker-Davis, an industry veteran with more than fifteen years of varied experience in the music industry. As a publicist she has strong contacts in national television, print, internet and radio syndication outlets. She has placed artists on programs such as The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Show with David Letterman, The Today Show, Good Morning America, Live with Regis and Kelly, Fox & Friends, among others, and in magazines such as Rolling Stone, People, Entertainment Weekly, The New York Times Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Dallas Morning News, Los Angeles Times and the list goes on.

Parker-Davis garnered her music industry experience serving at three major record labels including Arista Records, where she spent ten years, Atlantic Records Nashville, where she was the Director of Media Relations and then Capitol Records Nashville, were she served as Senior Director of Media and Public Relations before starting her own independent publicity company in 2003.

Splash! Public Relations' client roster, past and present, is varied and involves several music genres, including mainstream and alt country, rock and bluegrass, as well as non-profit organizations.

Misty handles all day to day tour press and mainstream country media and also serves as Office Manager. Hurt graduated from Belmont University in 2004 with a BBA in Business Administration/Music Business. Cutting her teeth in PR while enrolled at Belmont, she was the Publicity Chair for the 2004 Vince Gill Celebrity Basketball Game & Concert, President of Belmont Press Corps and PR Chair for Service Corps, a volunteer organization that is heavily active in the entertainment industry. Hurt has worked with Parker-Davis since the inception of Splash! Public Relations and also served as Parker-Davis' intern at Capitol Records Nashville.
