The idea to bring to together musicians and artists from all walks of life, who in one way or another found their way into mine... Specifically this is about an independent network of specific artists that have been invited to be affiliated with the name Kind of Cosmic Productions..... My main web site (www.kindofcosmic.com) is under construction, but for now I am using this awesome Reverb Nation site to recruit and align the artists, some of you which I have known for years, and some of you whom's music I have supported for years, and have not yet met, and some of you I have just recently begun to know..... To be clear the label part of this is strictly for you the artists' and my own promotional use only, and artists' with Kind of Cosmic Productions are selected by reference or personal preference, as well as by invitation only. Some of you know I have helped with events in the past mainly trying to recruit for chapter NORML events or for the MUSIC AGAINST TERRORISM cause. In order to network for possible future events I need to be able to access certain musicians at a distance, and/or secure the idea that the idea itself will not be stolen or picked up my a major promoter who will skim off the cause we seek for, in order to bring in the change and put it in their pocket. By being Affiliated with Kind of Cosmic Productions you can take personal stance in legal ownership of all your material and sale at the costs you choose, and not be slighted into paying dues. You can, however give Kind of Cosmic affiliates unwavering access to your events and media, whether or not it was produced thru us or not... For PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES ONLY does not GUARANTEE ANYTHING or THAT WE WILL PROMOTE FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL GAIN, however it does mean your music and name will be honored each time it is played and give growth and interest to you as musician, as well as unite you with others whom may also give growth to your career. I do not charge to be on this label ...(ATPIT). *When you see ATPIT you need to know it means "At This Point In Time" and is subject to change! However there will be no changes without announcement/discussion, since MOST ALL OF YOU HERE are my FRIENDS, and I'm not seeking to make anyone mad, or cheat anyone out of anything. I just am letting you know now that someday I hope to make an income off of this idea, thru reputable promotion and artists who's fan turnout not only increases, but glows with global resonance... And since I know most of the artists personally, and I do not sign contracts that I own any rights to the music, other than using for promotional purposes (I am also a DJ). Each artist maintains the right to voluntarily be apart of this label or not, citing Kind of Cosmic Productions or In Association with Kind of Cosmic Productions whenever is appreciated!. Acceptance is completely at-will, and technically does not interfere with any major label associations since its a service I offer to the music community, in exchange for such things like VIP access, or unreleased tracks.
