K Dubb The Truth:

        There is only one thing that ever stays consistent in this world of ours, and that is change.  And every so often we come across someone special who carries the ability to provide just that.  In this case, the man I speak of is known by his many fans as K Dubb The Truth.  Immediately from the first introduction with him you get the sense he is his own man.  He knows exactly who he is, where he is going, and has the talent, ambition, and passion to do so; and he doesn’t appear to be lacking in the confidence department either.  It is an impressive sight to see, and this multi-talented hip hop artist/actor, gaining heavy recognition in both the music and acting worlds, is well on his way to the next level of stardom.
          Born Kevin A. Walton on an air force base in Clovis, NM shortly before moving to Colorado where he spent the majority of his years growing up, K Dubb has always been more of the creative type, always going against the grain.  “I was always in my own world growing up, and never really responded to authority well.  Although I was disciplined in my own right, and always had a purpose in mind,” states the one time Denver native now residing in Miami, FL.  It seems that purpose only grew stronger with time, hence where the pseudonym “The Truth” came about.  “Every year I got older I just kept seeing the truth and realism behind the way the world and system truly works, it just made sense to speak out about it, whether in my poetry, public speaking, music, or just talking with random people.  Over time people began calling me the truth as a result.  I was just always about a message, pursuing something deeper beyond all this.”  It was this revolutionary mindset that helped shape his direction of expressing his creative talents and abilities; not to mention his powerful yet addictive influential ability to entertain and grasp the attention of anyone at any given moment.
       Though he is a relative newbie to the music and film industries only taking them both seriously in terms of complete pursuit for a little over three years each, K Dubb The Truth has already begun making headway and positioning himself to breakout into the major leagues very soon.  Acting wise he has already appeared as the lead in several indie films, commercials, and a couple of national television show spots, particularly “Burn Notice” and “Locked Up Abroad” just to name a few.  Music wise he is currently working on is debut album, performing in numerous shows, and building up quite a following in the process; a following that happens to consist of music listeners from every type of cultural background.  Wanting his music to be able to reach all across the globe K Dubb refuses to be boxed in, “I love every genre of music, and want to be able to incorporate that in my music also.  My creative energy is so expansive I don’t want to be boxed into anything, I want the whole world to feel me, on every level, and in any language.”
        With this type of grand pursuit, and the talent to back it up, K Dubb The Truth very well may be on his way to an incredible future waiting for his arrival.  And we just may be witnessing the beginning of a new era after all.
