  Having launched The Hammy on 11 May 2012, we have seen an amazing array of talented musicians volunteer their time to perform. Our 2012 Closing Ceremony will be a fantastic opportunity to celebrate what has been an amazing year, and get a final music fix before The Hammy re-opens in 2013. Our first performer is a Canadian-American musician who's been living in Melbourne for 5 years. He plays a mix of soul, blues, jazz, bluegrass and other American roots music styles on guitar, banjo and mandolin. Adrian will be accompanied by Melbourne songstress Kathryn Kelly. Having burrowed away for the past year writing her debut album, indie darling Kathryn Kelly launched her new EP ‘Don’t find me now’ to a big crowd at the Fitzroy Bowls Club. As the refreshingly modest songstress puts it, when she discovered that beds, couches & kitchen tables aren't the only places you can play music - her life took a pleasing turn. We’re pretty happy about it too.
