Well to tell you the truth I have always loved music. From as far back as I can remember I was singing songs. I remember getting records,,,oohh did I say record...? yeah I am old now.. anyway I used to listen over and over again to songs and try and learn lyrics from the albums. 

Growing up I had some opportunities to sing some more and spend time in recording studios as a kid. When I got into highschool I then got into the "Band Thing". Its funny now to think about it...good times, good times...

From there I primarily have led worship on guitar in church. I stopped writing music for a long time. Being married, having four kids, and pastoring a church takes up quite a bit of time. The only time I played the guitar was for worship at studies. I seemed to have lost touch with the love of writing songs to glorify God, and encourage people. 

Occasionally I would feel a sense of inspiration to write something, but would usually forget about it, assuming it wasn't very good at all. 

In recent days however, I have been stirred once again to write and to play. To not worry so much about how I sound or if its good enough. I just want to play for my Savior. If He is pleased thats what matters most, and perhaps along the way another person will be encouraged. 

So I am back to the drawing board, and gonna do my best to put something together with the Lords help. I guess we will see what comes out. Prayerfully something in key...halol...
