“The Joey Vellucci Band performed at our wedding of around 300 people. Joey created such a great atmosphere. Joey also acted as the MC for the wedding which helped out a lot. They played anything we requested; something slow to dance to or something to get everyone on their feet, it didn't matter, they did it. Joey went as far as to learn some Japanese so that my father in law in Japan could be included! We have a ton of great memories because of it. As the groom, I was allowed to sit in on a few numbers with the band. It was like a dream that was caught on video. People still talk about it with me whenever the subject of my wedding comes up. “Joey helped to custom tailor the band for our wedding by working with us directly to find us the combinations of instruments that would produce the best sound for the type of music we wanted and that would fit in our budget. They were there early to set up, and played expertly for our guests during our cocktail hour and after dinner dancing.
Our wedding was a BLAST. All the guests commented on the richness of the sound and really appreciated having a live band there rather than a DJ. The Joey Vellucci Band's music really got our crowd up and dancing (even my grandmother), and really brought our dance floor to life.
