"Poisoned Town is gentle but powerful in its emotion. It starts off quietly and soft vocals join the music to give a good mix. There is a unique voice in play here that makes the song stand out. The music is used very well in the mix and is used to great effect in the right places with a great piano bridge that breaks the song up nicely and sticks in the mind. The chorus is simple in its delivery but catchy all the same."”
