About

Besides spending majority of his free time with his Xbox360, Ian is currently attached with The Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (klpac) and The Actors Studio @ Lot 10 as the Theatre Manager. As an active member in The Young KL Singers (YKLS) singing the part of Tenor 2, he is currently the Production Director for Young Choral Academy which adminsters YKLS and The Kuala Lumpur Children’s Choir.

 

 Being a singer songwriter himself, his desire to help budding singer-songwriters and develop a new performing platform has prompted him to produced a series of acoustic gigs entitled, This Is Acoustic!, Open Doors and Music at the Lobby together with Troubadours Enterprise, klpac and The Actors Studio. Via his singer-songwriter involvement, he is also trying to raise awareness among Malaysian on the issues of fighting against child prostitution.

 
In 2008, he released his collaborative album together with fellow singer songwriter Tracy Wong, “He Says, She Says” and currently recording his upcoming debut solo album to be released in 2010.
 

   Ian is also a guitar pick collector which he own more than 1,000 over different picks to date.
