SXSW 2007

In 2007 The Human Condition was one of 6 bands selected by the Bay Area Arts and Music Organization to perform at a special showcase at SXSW (South By Southwest.)  We scheduled a tour for that performance and played shows on the way there and back in Valdosta, GA, New Orleans LA, Houston TX, and Austin, TX.

Creative Loafing chose The Human Condition EP *five as critics pick for best CD in 2007

The Human Condition performed over 130 dates in 2007 including a tour to Austin. 

The band has regularly scheduled gigs once a month at the Dunedin Brewery and Limey's Pub where they book the nights and run sound for the events.

Johanesen hosts Songwriter Showcase - In The Round events at select venues throughout the Tampa Bay Area

The Human Condition performed on 88.5 FM's Live Music Showcase hosted by Bill Dudley in 2007 to promote their tour to Austin and their new EP.

The Human Condition or Dean Johanesen as a solo act has appeared on Tampa Bays 10 television station for their Studio 10 morning show and the Saturday Sound Check.  One performance with the full band and a number of performances with Dean solo.
