Laura & High Cotton create original songs with uncommon words and mesmerizing melodies. Described as Americana – Folk Rock with a twist, LMHC is powered by the passionate voice of Laura Monk and complimented by driving acoustic and electric guitar, lyrical bass lines, an eclectic mix of percussion and three and four part harmonies. Each have played in various types of bands over the years...ranging from Pop, Jazz, Celtic, Rock and Country.
