I was born in Puerto Rico and moved to the US when i was about to turn 9. When i came to the US my life turned more towards God and a desire for God begin to grow within me. When i moved here not only did my desire for God increase but also my desire for ungodly things as well. With both sides fighting, God Vs. Evil, in the end God prevailed i am now more devoted to God and each day dying to my flesh or you could say to my sinful nature. I can now officially say that i am a Jesus Freak, desperate to see what's next and get it. I desire for as much of God in my life as i can have. My passions are; Intimacy with God, Holiness, and to see God's power and glory manifested in the earth.
Now some Sebastian history: as far as the violin is concerned I have now been playing for 7 years and within the pas 3 years I have been experiencing an increase in my ability to play by ear and eventually play songs spontaneously as Holy Spirit leads me. I started playing The Josiah Project and that's when I began learning to play by ear, from there I would play at many different place and people would compliment the music saying it sounds beautiful although to me I always felt like it wasn't sounding that great at all and I also needed a piano or guitar to play along with. The biggest turning point I experienced with my ability to play the violin was after a prayer gathering of 70,000 people in Nashville, TN of fasting, prayer and repentance for the sins of our nation. The ministry is named The Call. The day after that I picked up my violin and everything I played surprised me and I was amazed at the ability now I was saying, “this is beautiful!” It was an amazing experience and ever since then I have been able to play songs spontaneously without the need of other instruments that will give me a basis from which to play.
My influences have been Becca (a lady that played the cello at a conference called Awaken the Dawn), Kat Rodriguez, Leonard Jones, and Luke Skaggs, also the violinists that have recorded with Jason Upton in his various albums.
