“I don't get to see something like your band very often.
Because you (especially Glen and Daniele) made even a little time to talk with me before your performance, I felt like I really was seeing a family working together. Like, a family of adult and near-adult musicians deliberately extending grace and listening to each other.
This show was great for me, because it had the freshness of trying something new; something you're still growing into. That's what I like. Glen, you don't need that hassle: you could be doing what you've been on for years, and have it down: but instead you let the show be a bubbling up of what your family has been on to as well. Your willingness to play support to your children was warming.”
