Was born August 8th 1989 in the city of CHicago. Half Italain, half Mexican and grew up with a heart of entertaining whether it be the nightly shows after dinner or dancing and singing for family memebers. He also loved to draw since a small age and grew up to be an amzing artist so everyone thought he would go to school for art and get famous from it; work at Disney or illustrate books but then he gave him atwist. Around 11 years old he started recording songs on his computer accapella making up songs and then started making beats with video games and computer software. "I never thought I could be the star of the song..." Gerardo saw himself as a producer and songwriter but he didnt think he had for what it took to be a singer until it took over him. He started recording his own lyrics over instrumentals and just kept going at it. Through highschool it was kind of secret that I sang becasue I was still shy and everyone kinda looked at me like" YOU sing???"But near senior year I knew hwat I wanted: to be a singer, but I cant just graduate and say Im a singer...so I went to a community college which I hated and ditched class daydreaming in the parking lots of what I could become. I knew that wasnt the place where I should be...it wasnt going to get me where I wanted. So after a year at community college he took the next semester off trying to focus on his music. "I was thinking Hey in 4 months I should be a little closer to my dream." He took voice lessons over the summer( which he plans to continue) wrote more songs, recorded, performed at his parents restaurant, and finished his own CD which was all written,sang,and made by him. Fastfoward to present day and he will be starting school in COlumbia College, downtwon CHicago." I hope I get what I need from there to fullfill by dreams." It is a music school so he hopes that it makes him abetter artist and can start actually doing something. He has also been on youtube and is working with a few people off there including a music producer form California, a songwriter from Alabama and a few others. "its so amazing how I can work with all thses people from around the world!" He hopes to have a NEW professionally done CD/demo by the end of 2009. He has been working on new songs at his house which all his music has been done ther so far...He wants to start recording in studios and get on the rack for success." I just want to be somebody, like we all do, but I can feel it....I'm going to be somebody.." Keep an eye out and lets pray that it comes true.
