Gailene currently teaches Voice/Performance and Guitar to many students in Sonoma County, and is producing some of her students in recording their own originals. She is a featured vocalist/guitarist in 2 bands performing in N. California, as well as performing as a duet with her husband, Jay Elliott in many small clubs. Gailene also works as a studio vocalist/guitarist on many other projects and productions in N. California.
