Bio

Feed God Cabbage was formed in the month of February, 2008 in the basement of Aaron March's (guitarist) house. FGC's predecessor, The Tide Brings In, consisted of Dylan Sajbel (on drums), Aaron March (on guitar) and Seth Perrin (on bass). The trio created their style with the help of Corey Sullivan on bass, who got introduced to the band by Aaron. Seth moved to the keys and the band name remained TTBI until the unavoidable name Feed God Cabbage finally stuck.

Feed God Cabbage is:
Dylan Sajbel (18) plays drums and is also the lead vocalist.

Seth Perrin (20) plays the keys, synth and is also a lead vocalist.

Corey Sullivan (21) plays bass, and manages FGC.

Aaron March (19) plays lead guitar

About

In a good 5 months, FGC built up their repetoire and went on to play their first couple of party shows during the month of August in the backyard of Corey Sullivan's house. With a great turn out of more than 60 people, FGC gathered up a fan-base which quickly grew by word of mouth and by promotion their 3-song demo they had put out. They then began to book gigs at venues all around the NOVA area and continued to have great turn outs and received positive feedback as well. The band continued to right new jams, creating their own style which consists of  a mix of rockin' guitar riffs with mellow reggae melodies ,  funky-reggae basslines, a mix of heavy and mellow drumming and the final touch of reggae influenced keyboard and expiremental synthesizer.

Since then, Feed God Cabbage has won the Gorilla Productions battle of the bands and was awarded $500 and 20 hours of studio time at Studio 8121.  They used the 20 hours to self produce their first album, "We the People, which is now available to the public.  They have had the privilege of sharing the stage with great bands like Ballyhoo, Coastal Vibrations, Murphy's Kids, and others.  Now that some tracks have been put on record, FGC is focusing on playing as many shows/gigs/parties as possible.  Feed God Cabbage's goal is to bring together the community with great music and good times.  This band has accomplished so much since assembling in Aarons basement.  Plan to hear and see big things from this hard hitting NOVA band.
