Fecko a.k.a Raplogic are the stage names of this promising, Nigerian-bred rapper that was born in the late 80’s to a family of six and actually christened Ifeanyi Chukwuebuka Ibegbunam. He hails from Anambra state, while he grew-up listening to the likes of 2pac, Bone thugs & harmony, KRS One, Talib Kweli and Nas as a young aspiring emcee residing in the suburbs of Lagos city. Hip Hop started flowing in the veins of this conscious lyricist ever since his childhood days in junior-high; precisely at Lagos state model college(Igbonla) where he'd attended and first developed interest in miming, freestyling, acting and creative writing. Fecko recorded a couple of Demo tracks at Xtra-flash studio (Surulere) in 2005, after he graduated from high school. His dad wasn't pleased when he realized he had a strong passion for music and maybe risking furthering his education. Fecko is a member of the African hiphop movement and the African hiphop Online Forum. Shortly after he gained admission into Enugu State University of Science and Technology to study Industrial Mathematics and Statistics; he eventually moved to Enugu in 2006 also having secured a deal with Hood Records to work on his first album. Fecko concluded the production work of his debut project working with a professional Enugu-based producer popularly known as Dekumzy. The release of the album was however delayed and put to a stop due to some prevailing factors as at then. One of his single also got featured on Dj Lanre’s Home Grown Mix tape (vol. 2) in 2007 which eventually stormed the African community in the U.K. That same year, He also worked with an American-based entertainment outfit “Hurricane Alley” that supported him in promoting one of his rap singles “Fecko Unleashed” in Ohio State, U.S.A. Shortly after then, he met Ragga Remi (a former member of the UK-based JJC & 419 Squad) who later introduced him to the CEO of Palm Beach Incorporated (a major Nigerian entertainment and resort company based in Lagos). Currently, He's on the verge of getting signed unto Palm Beach Records and after the deal has been sealed, he hopes to commence work with professional producers on his album which is yet to be titled. In the meantime, he's working on his L.P which will feature both local and international artistes and producers. Fecko also participated in the SPRITE EMCEE AFRICA freestyle/battle competition which was organized by Channel O in Lagos, early 2008. He's the executive director of Multi-Kraft Media and also a part-time showbiz reporter/presenter with PowerHouseAfrica.com and have interviewed Nigerian mainstream artistes like Mode9,Banky W,Overdose,Illbliss and Terry tha rapman.
