She holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Athens. Shestudied piano in the National Conservatory of Athens, in the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris, then in the Conservatoire National de Région de Rueil-Malmaison with Bernard Ringeissen. Sheholds diplomas in counterpoint and fugue from theConservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris (classes with J.-P. Holstein and M. Merlet) and in Orchestration from the Scola Cantorum, (classes with P. Sciortino).
She has studiedcomposition with Theodore Antoniou and she currently is a phd candidate in music composition using mathematical models (Ionian University of Greece). Her most recent work is focused on applications of catastrophe theory.
Works of hers have been successfully performed by orchestras (Kamerata, Orchestra of Colours, ALEA III), chamber ensembles (Duo “Palmos”, Vilnius Quartet e.t.c.) and distinguished artists in Greece, France, Germany, U.S.A., Canada, Netherlands, Turkey, Lithuania, Serbia e.t.c.
