Taking inspiration from funk, electronica, jazz, soul, rap and rock, his follow-up to 2005's magical Rebirth album sees him finding a sound completely his own. He counts among his influences Air, Daft Punk, Jamiroquai, Miles Davis, Pat Martino, Saint Germain, Bob Sinclar and David Getta.DJ Galactic is deeply proud of his French origins, something that comes through in his compositions. He is at the heart of the burgeoning French 'touch' movement, despite beingbased in Israel.
