Bio

Digital Beat is 1990 established Underground Electronic music project with many genres and influences. Digital Beat is self learned computer musician and producer from Finland. He started making music just for fun with Atari ST and tracker music programs. Later in 2003 he also got an education in music production. Today all his music is still made with computer and programs like Renoise, Reason and VST, softsynths etc.

About

History

I have been producing music from early 90´s and in the beginning used computers and trackers to create music. The equipment in the beginning was a simple 8-bit sound digitizer and Atari Stfm with various music software like Protracker ST, Noisetracker.

Artist biography

Digital Beat style is highly inluenced by 90's synthesizer, rave, techno, hardcore and dance music. Digital Beat is using state of the art software like Reason, Renoise and Cubase VST in it's hidden laboratory in Finland. Tracks are usually combination of many electronic genres. The tracks are produced with VST instruments and sampled loops but also with original sounds from such hardware as Korg Electribe M-1.
