In 2001 the twin, metal masters of the six string axe (Nick Simile and Chase Becker), set out on their endless conquest of world domination. Combined with an awesome low end, demonic scream (Hakon/Hawk Engvig), and the horrid thumping of a heart attack (Ryan Healy). Their mission, to rid the world of the horrible black smog that has blocked out the sounds of true METAL music. Desecrate's ability to bestow auditory insanity on the masses of metal, is unmatched, selling out shows all over the sunset strip, including the legendary Whisky a Go-Go. So if you are one of the scattered refugees of metal, and you are searching for the ultimate metal fix, get yourself totally wasted, mosh till your bones brake, and headbang till your head falls off! EXMORTUS are an entity amongst themselves and their music, both complex and thoroughly hook-laden, refuses to lend itself to easy categorization. From the technical death-thrash riffage and surgically precise drumming to their neo-classical, twin virtuoso lead guitar attack, fans of death metal, thrash, prog metal, traditional heavy metal and all true metal sub-genres alike enjoy having their craniums crushed by the fury of EXMORTUS. AXIS OF DEATH: With the drive and vision of grandmaster Jessie Martinez, Axis Of Death was created from the charred remains of Metal in it's true form and with the blessing of the dark lord Satan. Many believe Metal died with the passing of the great Dimebag Darrell, but Jessie would hear none of it. The quest to gingerly rape the ears of the public started in January 2011 with the acquisition of Randy Rhodes' bastard child in the role of lead guitarist. Things began to look up as the melodic god of uber happy strumming plucked his way to a seemingly "shoe-in" nomination to be the prize at the end of a double rainbow. Jessie knew an element was missing and in came the drummer. He brought with him a kit to be envied my guitar hero/rock band enthusiasts world wide. 2 months passed as a fire burned inside Jessie to purge himself of these hair band video game prodigy's. A real life "kneel before Zod" moment was on the horizon as Jessie's blood boiled over and his mighty fist slammed on the ground. The search began for true metal heads, and as if the stars had aligned and the seas parted, in stepped 2 of the most in your face knuckle dragging minions of hate that he ever laid eyes on...Brad and Mike! With a desire to punch babies that they channeled through their instruments like no other, Jessie knew that Metal had arrived at his feet snarling like a rabid dog ready to be unleashed
