DSU is an original metal band whos members have been in the Dallas music scene for years. With the talents of Mahlon Mattal on 7 string Guitar, Jeff "Beam" Jones,drums and B.R.on bass, this band brings to the table what most Dallas bands cannot...an original sound. In an era of cover bands this band stands beside a handful of kick ass local bands such as Honky, Hit & Run, Sik, Last Day Living, Evil Struck, Hellgoat, etc. Our influences range from old school metal to classic rock.
