DeAngelo Redman DeAngelo Redman's career recently took a meteoric leap when he appeared on the hit MTV realty series Making the Band 4, a program that allowed him to showcase his strong talent and win the hearts of fans around the world. DeAngelo Michael Redman, is among a new breed of American R&B vocalists, songwriters and actors. His career recently took a meteoric leap when he appeared on the hit MTV realty series Making the Band 4, a program that allowed him to showcase his strong talent and win the hearts of fans around the world. Born and raised in Washington, DC, DeAngelo found his love for music at the age of five. By then, he was already performing at talent shows around the city. He refined his voice over the years through vocal classes and continued to work on his talent throughout high school performing in various groups and talent shows. He attended the famed Duke Ellington School of the Performing Arts, before graduating from Northwestern High School in Hyattsville, Maryland. DeAngelo went on to further his education at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland before deciding to leave after a year to pursue his dream of becoming a recording artist.
