I began playing music when I was about 10 years old. I picked up flute, saxophone and clarinet, but didn't find a home until I started borrowing my youth director's guitar in 8th grade, and found that the only place I truly felt at home was making music. I started working with the praise band at my church, and that was it. A couple years later I began working on bass, drums, and piano, knowing somehow that those skills were things God had given me that I would need someday...
