Dave Marsh was born in Halifax , Nova Scotia and has been rocking and rolling on both sides of the bright blue sea ever since . Besides his own band , The True Love Rules , he continues to record and tour with The Joel Plaskett Emergency , and on occasion , The Super Friendz . Bo Diddley signed his fishing licence . Rock on .

The Joel Plaskett Emergency performed at Live 105 in Halifax today. We rocked three new tunes from the piping hot Scrappy Happiness sessions; You're Mine, Old Friends, and Somewhere Else. A fun time was had by all.
