Dave Gunning's fifth album “House For Sale” was released October, 16th 2007. Among its' highlights are co-writes/duets with Canadian country star George Canyon, and Newfoundland's Ron Hynes.
A singer/storyteller, Dave grew up in Lyons Brook, Nova Scotia. He made his recording debut with "Lost Tracks" (1996), followed by "Caught Between Shadows" (2000), "Dave Gunning Live" (2002), "Two-Bit World" (2004) and “Dave Gunning Christmas” (2006).
In 2005 Dave picked up an award from the East Coast Music Association (ECMA) for Folk Album of the Year for "Two-Bit World.” In 2006, Dave headlined his own shows throughout Canada. As well, he did a national tour opening for country singer George Canyon, and was a special guest for INXS at The Halifax Metro Centre.
