Edgy modern rock band Dark Summer Dawn (Austin, Texas) actually began their journey as “Deejer.” In 2004, they showcased at the Florida Music Festival and recorded with Pete Thornton (Shinedown, Limp Bizkit), and Mark Dufour (Ghostland Observatory, Blue October). Deejer released their debut CD “Grief Can Kill An Elephant” in 2005. The first single, Farther Figure, charted at #27 on the FMQB specialty radio chart, was in rotation on XM Radio Unsigned, and was featured in A&R Worldwide’s Unea...
