Original music, original sound. Born in the hills of Maine, Daniel Collins has been performing original music since 1989. His early days in the punk scene gave way to the noise-rock outfit "Silverpill", who rocked stages in Ithaca New York in the 90's with such pioneers as MILF and Tugboat Annie. Since arriving in Philadelphia, Dan has been featured on Gene Shay's folk show on WXPN, as well as Radio Volta and UPENN Radio WQHS. He regularly performs at Philadelphia's finest venues, including the World Cafe, The Tin Angel, the Khyber, Tritone, Grape Street, The Hinge Cafe, and Connie's Ric Rac, also making appearances at The Bitter End, Caffe Vivaldi and Pianos in New York City.
