Rock for Dimes is a corporate battle of the bands held to benefit March of Dimes Canada's programs and services for children and adults with disabilities. Amateur musicians compete in this friendly fundraiser for the title of their city's best corporate band. Bands can showcase their talents in front of a roster of Canadian music industry professionals. Tickets are $20 each, $15 for students, and will be available for purchase from the bands in September. Dali Van Gogh Music Video Release - Saturday October 12 @ Big Leagues. Hosted by Ethan Anderson of Drag The Waters on CKDU, Dali Van Gogh will be showcasing their long awaited music video, as well as launching a new Youtube channel. The night will open with a set by local crowd favorites Black City Avenger (http://blackcityavenger.com/), followed by an exclusive screening of Dali Van Gogh's new video (produced by local photographer Mike Odie), and then 2 sets by the band themselves.
