A Rapathon is an event similar to a Walk-A-Thon where a group of Rappers commit to rap non-stop for multiple hours (no cursing) and for every minute that this is successfully done, funds are being raised." Money raised will go to the Harlem Mothers S.A.V.E. efforts to prevent gun violence. A Live Band tribute To The Greatest Hip Hop Songs From NYC's 5-Boroughs This Winter, Props To Hip Hop will be paying homage to the greatest hip hop songs from each of New York City's 5-Boroughs. That means there will be live performances of songs written by artist's such as The Notorious BIG (Brooklyn), Nas (Queens) and more! It will be a party to see which Borough can have the greatest impact on the crowd energy. As an audience member, you're not only a viewer but the judge and jury. Don't miss it! Props To Hip Hop invites dozens of New York City’s most talented emcees to pay homage to legendary hip hop artists. Backed by a ridiculous live band for each event, the show celebrates the music from start to finish, taking you on a bass heavy trip down memory lane. *Any person entering the venue that is under 21 years old will have to pay an additional $5 “ under age fee “ on top of the ticket price. The under aged fan that is paying this fee will get 1 free soft drink ticket so they can get 1 free soft drink at the bar.
This is a Benefit Concert to Help Raise funds for Meals & Support The Red Cross.
