The Conscious Daughters are undisputedly one of the most prominent female rap duos in music. Most known as the Bay Area's hottest female group, the Daughters (CMG & Special One) have sold over 700,000 records worldwide.
They exploded on the scene with “Fonky Expedition”, which officially put CMG and The Special One on the map, with their debut album, "Ear to the Street" selling over 300,000 copies and yielding a cross-country tour. With three singles and three videos from that project, The Conscious Daughters had finally gained national recognition.
Their second effort, Gamers was released and sold over 200,000 copies, entering the Billboard Chart with a bullet. By continuing to bring bangin' beats to the streets, TCD once again rocked the world with their female baller anthems.
