The name comes from an art movement indigenous to DC in the late 50's early 60's. As we are all from the DC area, we wanted to pay tribute to something intrinsically DC and do what we can to be the ambassadors. The three of us have all been in past DC bands. Loved the club. Definietly a place we would hang at if we lived closer. Will never forget the french fries on the steak salad.
