Just an ol' Blues Dawg diggin' up bones ......
Cliff got his first guitar at the ripe old age of 12. It was a Sears Silvertone acoustic & quite a piece it was.
About a year later Cliff's Dad hooked him up with a local guitar guru for a few lessons. Unfortunately, Cliff's patience for learning to read music faded quickly, & his teacher decided it best to end the endeavor.
Cliff progressed on his own for the next 3 years playing along with LP's by Jerry Reed, Chet Atkins, Merle Travis, Eric Clapton, & some others.
Cliff has developed a style which is a melting pot of influences. From ZZ Top to Gary Moore...and a bunch in between.
