"Very skillfully written and arranged country rock, performed with the perfect balance of groove and tasteful embellishment. There’s a distinctly early 70s feel to this, with hints of T-Rex, the Stones, Status Quo and others, but a decidedly individual voice making it all cohere. A great contribution to the tradition of singer-songwriters fronting kick-ass bands: Charlie Savigar has some serious skills."

Q: blaahhh. how'd you end up in country rock. n8i

A: Well I think a large part was discovering country music at uni! Inparticular I got massively in to Bonnie Raitt and then started following as many female singer songwriters as I could-but only the ones with a bit of attitude like Shelby Lynne and Sheryl Crow. That combined with my rock 'n' roll guitar teacher who introduced me to lots of rock and country artists from the 60s up to present day was the catalyst that helped me evolve my own blend of country/pop/rock. Hope that answers the question :)
