Canaan Canaan, singer /song writer originally from Japan has been writing original tunes in English and Japanese since 2004. She grew up in Japan in the city of Tokyo. Early in her life this young women realized she was born into an ancient Asiatic culture rich in music, literature, drama, art, landscape, architecture, poetry, and a deep love of nature. She started learning how to sing, and play her guitar while a college student in Michigan. She is a self-taught guitarist with a clear soprano voice, the ability to write poetry, and set it to music. She sings in both English and Japanese.

She started learning how to sing, and play her guitar while a college student in Michigan. She is a self-taught guitarist with a clear soprano voice, the ability to write poetry, and set it to music.

Canaan Canaan has produced to CD’s, one named "Night Waves"and another named "Moon Child", and is now working on " Hawaii calls"a homage to the hawaii culture and its people whom she has a close interest in.
