buz has been writing and performing songs since the age of 16.
From the erroneously titled bohemian capital of Brighton,
his music has been compared, disapprovingly to many artists. Some of the artists that seem to be mentioned more than others include; The Beatles, Elliott Smith, Pavement and Morrissey.

buz writes and records his songs mostly on his own, with a few loyal appearances from fellow musicians on the Brighton music scene.

To describe his music would inevitably cause him to recoil in embarrassment, but a description he can just about accept could be, a nostalgic mix of acoustic pop amalgamated with a dreamy maelstrom of honesty and idealism.
