Brian grew up in the small town of Neffs, Pennsylvania in a Pennsylvania German household. In his youth, he sang in his church choir. His gift of songwriting didn't surface until his freshman year in college when he wrote the lyrics to many different songs. It would be another year before Brian purchased a beat up guitar at a yard sale and began teaching himself to play. A year later, Brian received a brand new guitar as a gift and began playing in an acoustic duo with another local musician....
