Don't let his freckled, red-headed presence sway you, Brett Dennen is no amateur.  After supporting acts such as John Mayer, Ben Folds, Damien Rice and Sheryl Crow out on the road, Dennen has sold out shows of his own in venues like The Fillmore in San Francisco, LA's El Rey and The Bowery Ballroom in New York City.

Born and raised in the small town of Oakdale, California, Dennen's home-schooled education gave him room to explore his artistic crafts, without feeling the need to conform, therefore enabling him to develop his natural, and “whisky-kissed countertenor” voice. (USA Today)

To further his mission of peace, Dennen is committed to raising awareness for nonprofit organizations in local communities as a part of his “Love Speaks” program.   He is one of the founders of the Mosaic Project, a program to influence children to break down the boundaries of stereotyping and discrimination.

With lyrics questioning authority, his music reflects back to the era of great folk songwriters like Bob Dylan and Paul Simon.  His soulful words deliver a message of hope and optimism to a generation that's constantly full of wonder.
