Colin Ward and Bruce Kula call themselves the Blue Island Beer Club. They write and perform songs that combine island music, their unique brand of pop and the blues into a harmonious brew Bruce calls Sub-Tropical Blues.

“If you like Jimmy Buffet then you'll love Blue Island Beer Club. Colin Ward and Bruce Kula write and perform the songs that are a combination of pop, blues, and island music. Listening to their new album Have You a Taste makes you want to find a tropical beach and sip pina coladas all day long. I listened to the album and really enjoyed it, especially Have You A Taste.
Their songs incorporate things they enjoy most like exotic places, beaches, guitars, and women. You can't help but smile and sing along when listening to Blue Island Beer Club. Their music is a reminder that all work and no play makes Jack (and Jane) very dull. Kick back, relax, and enjoy this band.
