Bio
I have been a hairdresser, a professional photographer, an administrative assistant...I took piano lessons as a child for a couple of years...played a little guitar in my teens, but came to music late. I started to play guitar then quit for a long time...I started again, and now I play rhythm guitar and some mandolin, a little bass, a little harmonica, very little keyboards, and do percussion with drum brushes, shakers, eggs, and tambourine, sing and write songs.

BLUES, FOLK, COUNTRY, BLUEGRASS, AMERICANA
Beth loves a lot of different music and is a mix of folk, rock, blues, country...."Got a Little Cat" is country, and "Oh Why Must They Die" is a folk song about war. The first version of "Take Me to the Pearly Gates" is bluegrassy, but the second version of it is a slow blues with slide guitar. Many songs are blues or classic rock oriented. Most songs have been done with collaborators, and some without. All songs are original except for these: "John Barleycorn Must Die," "Carrick Fergus," "Bound for Glory" "Sitting on Top of the World", "Drunken Sailor" and "Trouble" which are in the public domain. Beth plays keyboard on "Oh Trouble", and has begun to play a mandolin....She plays that on "Sitting on Top of the World" and "Drunken Sailor".
