Band Called Catch is an acoustic rock band with a dynamic folk influence that will make you want to take off your pants and dance...
The band is Tim Frank (vocals/guitar) who totaled 3 cars in under an hour without a single injury; Blake Wells (bass) who constructed a house of cards big enough to live in for 9 days; Eli Plasencia (drums) the 2006 Pet Cemetary Hide-and-Seek Champion; Doug Waxman (guitar) unrecognized co-founder of ShamWow!; and Jessica Lyons who is in the Guiness Book of World Records for most tiny chairs built in an hour.

Band Called Catch has quickly gained a name for themselves in the Chicago scene playing at such historic venues as the Double Door and Cubby Bear, and have become a staple at the Elbo Room voted “Chicago’s Most Popular Rock Club of 2008.” Additionally, they have made their way into your living room with performances on Comcast’s Local Music On-Demand channel, Echo TV, as well as WJYS’s ‘Chicago Live!’
