"Rachel Ann's smooth style of pop-rock belies the depth of the lyrics in many of her songs. Singing for almost as long as she could speak and writing lyrics even before she could play guitar, music has come very naturally to her. Writing from the heart, her songs touch on the people she has known, the trials and tribulations that have crossed her path, as well as the joys in her life.
At only 18, this South Jersey singer-songwriter is close to releasing her first CD. The 10 song project is slated for debut this fall and covers her favorites from her live performances."
The CD was recorded at Jam Sound Studios in National Park, NJ. It was engineered and mastered by studio owner, Joe Moscariello. Joe also provided all the percussion tracks, keys, and additional guitar tracks. Mark Dickerman provided lead guitar, bass and mandolin on "Life". Rachel played acoustic guitar on each track and performed all the vocals.
