Take a minute to think about some of your favorite concert memories. Chances are they involve seeing one of your favorite bands for the first time in a tiny club packed with far too many people. You're standing on the floor about 3 feet from the stage with no barrier or overgrown security apes to get in your way, and when the crowd behind you pushes you forward you have to do everything in your power to keep from piling into the drum set. Everything is so loud that your ears hurt and after the show your shins are bruised from getting smashed up against the edge of the stage, but none of these are bad things. This is why you go see bands in tiny bars, because it's what you love to do.
Fortunately, this is what TCM loves to make happen. Come to our shows, bring your friends. It's an interactive experience that doesn't work if there aren't more people packed into a room than the fire code allows!
We want to bring back that sense of energy, that feeling that the whole room would literally explode if somebody struck a match. There doesn't seem to be enough of that going around lately in Arizona, or anywhere else for that matter!
