Floyd Boykin Jr. / Bio

Floyd Boykin Jr. is a Poet, musician, producer and Lupus activist. He is the founder of SpokenVizions Entertainment Group, L.L.C., SpokenVizions Magazine and SpokenVizions.com. His primary instrument is the bass guitar, but he also plays the flute, the keyboard and a little bit of percussions. He is the author of "Poetic Bliss With Lyrical Rhythms" ,"Bare Essence: The Soul Of Me" and "Waiting To Dance With Her Spirit". He has opened for The Last Poets, Gill Scott-Heron, Dahveed Nelson, Malik Yusef, Goapele, Maya Azucena and Murphy Lee.

W.A.R. on RedMoon7 is Boykin's Fourth poetry/music release. It continues with the formula of many collaborations with some of the hottest artists in the country. Available August 30th, 2011 on iTunes, Cdbaby.com and Amazon.com.
EARTHOLOGY is Boykin's third poetry release. He also released "That Self-Emancipated Brutha" and "EKLIPSE" featuring the hit single "A Shoulder To Lean On".
